This stand was the easiest to put together and the best. This stand is amazing, and it is the least expensive. We apologize for any inconvenience caused! Two of the three screws that hold the bridge on were stripped in the wood. Six of the frets required leveling and all frets required polishing and end-filing. The neck was rough and needed sanding/steel wool.
I use this for local car travel and not flights. I take care of my gear so it should last a long time. It will not fit an iPad in the inside compartment and the body of a USA spec Tele fits tightly so that’s a good thing. Tweed tolex is good and has a rubber type feel to the handle. Lock doesn’t work very well but I don’t need one.
Of course the pickups and strings aren’t fantastic, but that’s an easy after purchase fix. Oddly, the action on this particular one was set up pretty decent for a factory default. These things usually take some work and some extra set up, but this had an at least playable action when it arrived.
I’ve noticed that most student trumpets tend to be quite similar, just with different brand names, some of which sound a bit ridiculous. That’s why I went for this one, considering its affordable price, quick delivery time, and reputable brand. I didn’t have high expectations, but I must say, it has pleasantly surprised me. While it may not have a professional tone, the valves are smooth, and the finish is excellent.
This is our commitment to the most important person in this process, that is, you. I really like this short scale bass, and I’m very glad I bought it. The only problem it had was the output level being VERY VERY low compared to my Glarry GIB 4 and 5 string basses. I got a Musiclily hot rails pickup to replace the original pickup and now it’s a perfect instrument. I hope Glarry will re-evaluate their pickup choice for this model.
